תרגילי כתיבה של ילדים, הכוללים אותיות בצירופים שונים והעתקות של ראשי הספרים השלישי והראשון של התורה (לפי כרטיסיות גויטיין). הדף השני מכיל את ויקרא ד׳, יד–כד, כתוב בכתב מוקפד עם ניקוד טברני. צידו הקדמי של הדף הראשון ריק, ואילו צידו האחורי מכיל תרגילי כתיבה בכתב יד פחות מיומן, ובו מילים או צירופים קצרים מנוקדים שלפניהם מופיעה האות העיצורית הראשונה של המילה הראשונה, מסומנת בנקודות עליונות.
