מסמך משפטי. על קלף. נכתב בפוסטאט, בכתב ידו של אברהם בן אהרן המומחה. כולל תנאי כתובה בארמית. לפניו רשומה פתיחית הממוענת לנגיד, בכתב ידו של חלפון בן מנשה הלוי (פעיל בין השנים 1100–1138), ובה מתבקש הנגיד לאשר תנאים דומים פחות או יותר לאלה המופיעים במסמך עצמו. (המידע נשען בעיקר על כרטסת גויטיין.)
