עדות משפטית. מתוארך ליום רביעי, י' באב [אולי שנת ה'שמ"ח?? אבנש], אך הפלאוגרפיה נראית מוקדמת בהרבה מן המאה ה-16. ייתכן שהתאריך הוא לפי מניין השטרות (1+2+50+300 = [1]353 לשטרות?). בערבית-יהודית. אלשיח' אלפח'ר מוסא בן הארון אלשאמי נשבע שלא יעזוב(?) [...] מן המורה אלכּוּש(?) למורה אחר, אלא בהסכמתו של המורה הראשון. עדים: מכטרה (?) עבד אלוואחד אבן פיירוז, פרג'אללה בן יוסף בן פאצ'ל. ישנה גם חתימת עד שלישי אפשרית בכתב ערבי.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal testimony. Dated: Wednesday, 10 Av [possibly 5348 AM?? אבנש] but the paleography appears much too early to be 16th-century. Perhaps the date is Seleucid (1+2+50+300= [1]353 Sel.?). In Judaeo-Arabic. Al-Shaykh al-Fakhr Mūsā b. Hārūn al-Shāmī takes an oath that he will not leave(?) [...] from the teacher Alkūsh(?) to another teacher, except with the consent of the first teacher. Witnesses: מכטרה (?) ʿAbd al-Wāḥid Ibn Fayrūz, Farajallāh b. Yosef b. Fāḍil.
