גט בין ח'לה בת יפת לבין צדקה [בן שלמה] (ייתכן שמדובר באותו זוג המופיע בגט נוסף). הגט נכתב בכתב ידו של חלפון בן מנשה (פעיל בין השנים 1100–1138 לסה"נ) וחתום בידי יצחק בן שמואל הספרדי וחלפון בן מנשה ברקטו, ושוב על הוורסו (בחתימות מעוטרות בחלקן) כאישור על מסירת הגט. ראו גם את הסכם הנישואין המוקדם של בני הזוג (התנאים שלפני הנישואין).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Bill of divorce between Khulla bt. Yefet and Ṣedaqa [b. Shelomo] (same as in T-S AS 146.53 (PGPID 21608)?). Written in the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe (fl. 1100–1138 CE) and signed by Yiṣḥaq b. Shemuʾel ha-Sefaradi and Ḥalfon b. Menashshe on recto and (attesting the delivery) on verso (partly embellished). (Information from CUDL.)
