גט. נכתב בקהיר ומתוארך לשנת 15[..] למניין שטרות, כלומר בין 1188 ל-1288 לספירה. ככל הנראה במחצית השנייה של טווח זה, על פי כתב היד (שזהותו ככל הנראה ידועה). הבעל: אלרﺋﻴס יחיא [...] הלוי. הכלה: סת אל-[...]. חתומים על הגט: פנחס הכהן ועובדיה ב"ר יהודה הדיין. בצד האחורי, מלבד הציון שהאישה קיבלה את הגט בנוכחות עדים, מופיעה רשימה של שלושה אנשים הקשורים בדרך כלשהי לעניין: אבו אלרצ'א ב"ר אלנגיד; [...]ר ב"ר אלסכרי; ואבו אלמג'ד ב"ר אלעואד. גם חלק זה חתום בידי עובדיה ב"ר יהודה הדיין ואדם נוסף.

Probably in the second half of this range, to judge by handwriting (which is likely known). Husband: al-Rayyis Yaḥyā [...] al-Levi. Bride: Sitt al-[...]. Signed: Pinḥas ha-Kohen; ʿOvadya b. Yehuda ha-Dayyan. On verso, apart from the note that the wife received the get in front of witnesses, there is a list of three men somehow related to the case: Abū l-Riḍā b. al-Nagid; [...]r b. al-Sukkarī; and Abū l-Majd b. al-ʿAwād. This part is also signed by ʿOvadya b. Yehuda ha-Dayyan and one other person.
