שטר מכר בכתב ידו של נתן בן שמואל (תעודות מתוארכות שלו: 1128–1164). שרדו מספר מילים מנוסחת הרשות, אך לא ניתן לקבוע אם הכוונה לרב מצליח גאון או לשמואל בן חנניה. פאצ'ילה בת חלפון/ח'לף הכהן מוכרת רבע (של בית) לאבו אלעלא בן אבו אלסרור. החתומים: נתן בן שלמה הכהן, יוסף הלוי, ישועה בן חותם, הלוי נתן בן חלפון הכהן, יכין בן ישועה, יהודה בן אלעזר, אברהם בן יוסף וישועה הכהן. בצד השני: תוספת (פצל) — שטר מכר מאוחר יותר המאשר כי העיוור צדקה בן יצחק רכש את אותו הנכס מאבו אלעלא בן אבו אלסרור באותו המחיר, היינו 12.5 דינרים.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Deed of sale bearing many signatures. Written and signed by Natan b. Shemuel (dated documents: 1128–64). A few words from the reshut formula are preserved, but it is not possible to tell if Maṣliaḥ Gaon or Shemuel b. Hananya is intended. Fāḍila bt. Ḥalfon/Khalaf ha-Kohen sells a quarter (of a house) to Abū l-ʿAlā b. Abū l-Surūr. Signed by: Natan b. Shelomo ha-Kohen, Yosef ha-Levi, Yeshuʿa b. Ḥotam, ha-Levi Natan b. Ḥalfon ha-Kohen, Yakhin b. Yeshuʿa, Yehuda b. Elʿazar, Avraham b. Yosef, and Yeshuʿa ha-Kohen. Verso: Addendum (faṣl). Subsequent deed of sale certifying that the blind man Ṣadaqa b.
