מסמך מדינה, דו"ח, בכתב ערבי. כתב יד של לשכת המזכירות (אם כי לא מהמשובחים), עם רווח מורחב בין השורות ושימוש ברווחים לבנים לחלוקה בין סעיפים. סופי תשע שורות השתמרו. נזכרים בו "غلمان لسيدي أسد الله" ("ע'למאן לסיידי אסד אללה", שורה 1), "סיידנא אלאסתאד'" (שורה 3), אמירים (שורות 4 ו-9) ואבו אלפרג' (שורה 8). הצד השני (recto) נעשה בו שימוש חוזר לליטורגיה עברית, ובכלל זה פסוקי מקרא מנחמיה א, ו–יא. דרוש עיון נוסף.
Princeton Geniza Project description: State document, report, in Arabic script. Chancery hand (though not the best), with widened space between the lines, and with white space used to divide sections. The ends of 9 lines are preserved. Mentions "ghilmān li-sayyidī Asad Allāh" (l.1), "Sayyidnā al-Ustādh" (l. 3) and amīrs (ll. 4 and 9) and Abū l-Faraj (l. 8). Reused on recto for Hebrew liturgy, including biblical verses from Nehemiah 1:6–11. Needs further examination.
