חלק תחתון של הצהרה/מכתב משפטי לרשות גבוהה. תאריך: תמוז 1477 לשטרות = יוני 1166 לספירה. נכתב וחתום בידי שמואל בן סעדיה הלוי; חתם גם נתנאל בן משה. עניין תביעה על בית. אחד הצדדים הכין שטר לפי המשפט האסלאמי שהועיל לו, ואחר כך לא הציגו בדיון שנקבע.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Bottom part of a legal statement/letter addressed to a higher authority concerning a legal case. Dating: Tammuz 1477 Seleucid (June 1166 CE). Written and signed by Shemuel b. Saʿadya ha-Levi; also signed by Netanʾel b. Moshe. Concerning a lawsuit regarding a house. One of the parties 'had had a writ drawn up according to Islamic law, which benefited him'; he then failed to present it at the scheduled court session.
