מכתב או התכתבות רשמית. תיארוך: ייתכן שמתקופת האיובים או הממלוכים. מ'עבדך ובנך' אל 'אל-מג'לס אל-[...] אל-[...] אל-מח'דומי אל-ת'קתי אל-אמיני מועתמד אל-מלוכ ואל-סלאטין.' הסיבה ל'ח'דמה' זו היא שהשולח נפגש עם מישהו (מרבית שארית המסמך חסרה).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter or official correspondence. Dating: Possibly Ayyubid or Mamluk-era. From "your slave and son" to "al-majlis al-[...] al-[...] al-makhdūmī al-thiqatī al-amīnī muʿtamad al-mulūk wa-l-salāṭīn." The occasion for this "khidma" is that the sender met with somebody (most of the rest of the document is lost).
