צד קדמי: מכתב או פתק בכתב ערבי, המסתיים בעלאמה 'אל-חמדו ללאה שֻׁכְרַן'. ככל הנראה טיוטה, שכן מילים אחדות נמחקו. ייתכן שמופיעה המילה אל-מֻסְתַנְצִרִיַּה. צד אחורי: שטר הודאה (אִקְרָאר) בכתב ערבי הנוגע לעֻבַיְד/עַבְד אַלְּלָה, המודה שברשותו 20 דינרים. ייתכן שאף זו טיוטה, שכן שורות ומילים אחדות נמחקו ואחרות נוספו בין השיטות. בתחתית המסמך שני רשומות נוספות, הקשורות ככל הנראה לאקראר. דרושה בדיקה.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Recto: Letter or note in Arabic script, ending with the ʿalāma "al-ḥamdu lil-lāhi shukran." Likely a draft considering that some words are stricken out. The word al-Mustanṣiriyya might appear. Verso: Deed of acknowledgment (iqrār) in Arabic script involving ʿUbayd/ʿAbd Allāh who acknowledges that he owns 20 dinars. It might be a draft as a few lines and words were stricken out and others were added in between the lines. There are two additional entries at the bottom, probably related to the iqrār.
