מכתב בכתב ערבי. תיארוך: כנראה מתקופת הממלוכים. מוזכר פונדוק. מכוסה בכתובות מאוחרות, בעיקר בכתב ערבי אך גם בכתב עברי. המכתב מתחיל בדף האחורי ומסתיים בדף הקדמי. דרוש בדיקה נוספת.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter in Arabic script. Dating: probably Mamluk-era. Mentions a funduq. Covered with later jottings, mainly in Arabic script but with some Hebrew script as well. Note that the letter begins on verso and ends on recto. Needs further examination.
