שריד ממסמך משפטי בערבית-יהודית. מעורבים בו משה ואביו חיים. המסמך עוסק בנכסי מקרקעין ובסידורי מגורים, כפי שעולה מהשורה הלפני-אחרונה: "או אם יהיו לו אחים אחרים שיגורו שם...". לא ברור אם נשתמרו פרטים נוספים, ולא נשתמרו חתימות. נזכרים בו החודשים סיון וניסן, אך השנה לא נשתמרה. בצד האחורי ייתכן שמופיעה הערת תיוק ("... מא ורד..."), אך היא פגומה מכדי שניתן יהיה להבינה.

Concerns real estate and living arrangements (penultimate line: “or if he should have any other siblings live there…”). It’s unclear if any further details are preserved, and no signatures are preserved. Mentions the months of Sivan and Nisan but no year is preserved.
