הסכם פשרה בבית הדין הקראי בין דאוד בן מוסא לבין גרושתו עזיזה בת חוסיין בן דוד המלמד. נקבעו לה דמי מזונות בסך 14 דינרים, מהם שולמו כבר 2.5 דינרים, ויתרת הסכום תשולם מעתה ואילך בתשלומים חודשיים. עזיזה מצידה מסכימה למסור לבית הדין את ספריו של בעלה לשעבר. המסמך נכתב בידי אבו אלפרג' צמח בן אלחסן בן בועז. מתוארך לשנת 429 להג'רה, היינו 1037/38 לספירה (וייתכן שליתר דיוק במרץ 1038). המידע מבוסס על גויטיין ועל כרטיסיותיו.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Qaraite settlement at court between Dāʾūd b. Mūsā and his divorcee ʿAzīza bt. Ḥusayn b. David the teacher. An alimony of 14 dinars had been fixed of which 2.5 dinars had been paid and the rest will now be paid on a monthly basis. ʿAzīza agrees to deliver her ex-husband's books to the court. Written in the hand of Abū l-Faraj Ṣemah b. al-Ḥasan b. Boʿaz. Dated: 429 AH, which is 1037/38 CE (perhaps specifically March 1038 CE).
