הוראת תשלום (או קבלה/רישום תשלום) לפקידי הקהילה מחפוז אל-שמש וסאלם אל-זריז, מתוארכת לאדר 1476 לשטרות = פברואר/מרץ 1165 לספירה. חתומה על ידי מנשה ב' יוסף ומבורך ב' נתן החבר. מוזכר גם אבו אל-ביאן.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Order of payment (or rather receipt / record of payment) to the community officials Maḥfūẓ al-Shammash and Sālim al-Zariz, dated Adar 1476 Seleucid era = February/March 1165 CE.
