פנים (שימוש משני): קבלת מס הניתנת לח'וזאן של מחוזות מס פיום על הכנסות שנמסרו על ידי אבו אל-חסן ב' והב. מתוארכת: 10 בצפר 404. סכום התשלום: רבע דינר. נכתבה על ידי הג'הבד' מיח'איל ב' עבד אל-מסיח. הפנים, שנכתבו לפני הגב, מכילים חלק מעצומה לפקיד (ראה רישום נפרד).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Recto (secondary use): Tax receipt issued to the khuzzān of the Fayyūm tax districts against revenue delivered by Abū l-Ḥasan b. Wahb. Dated: 10 Ṣafar 404. Amount of payment: one-quarter dīnār (Khan reads one-half and two). Written by the jahbadh Mīkhāʾīl b. ʿAbd al-Masīḥ. Measurements: 11.5 × 9.7 cm. The recto, which was written before the verso, contains part of a petition addressed to an official (see separate entry).
