בצד הוורסו: עתירה בכתב ערבי. מזכירה שופט, את בית הדין, וכנראה את מינויו של אדם לתפקיד שיפוטי שלא היה ראוי למשרה. ייתכן שמוזכרת גם עיראק. דרושה בחינה נוספת. בצד הרקטו נעשה שימוש חוזר בדף לחיבור על לוח השנה המסביר את עקרונות חישוב הלוח. שרידים של שלוש שורות מן החיבור הלוחי שהועתק ברקטו נמצאים גם בוורסו, כתובים בין שורות העתירה הערבית.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Verso: Petition, in Arabic script. Mentions a judge, the court, and probably the appointment of someone to the position of judgeship who wasn't fit for the job. May also mention Iraq. Needs examination. On recto reused for a calendrical work explaining the principles of calendar reckoning. The remains of three lines of the calendrical work copied on recto are found on verso, written between the lines of the Arabic petition. (Information from CUDL)
