תיאור
עצומה (או אולי מכתב תלונה) שבה מוזכרים השמות אסמאעיל ועומר אלכֻּתאמי. על עטיפת הנייר נכתב בצרפתית: "תלונה נגד אדם משבט כֻּתאמה [...] פאטימי", ועל פיסת נייר נפרדת קטנה נכתב באנגלית: "תלונה נגד אדם משבט כֻּתאמה (מן התקופה הפאטימית)". לא ברור באופן מיידי אם מדובר בעצומה רשמית, וייתכן שזהו מכתב תלונה. הכתב בחלקו התחתון של המסמך הולך ונעשה קטן יותר בהדרגה.

[Described on the paper wrapper as: "Complainte contre un homme de la tribu de Kutawa [...] Fatimite" ; on a separate small piece of paper : " A complaint against a man from the tribe of Kutama (from the Fatimite period)"]. The text towards the bottom gets smaller gradually.
