טקסט רפואי בכתב ערבי. מכיל הוראות למריחת שמן פרחים ושמן אמפד (nīlawfar) על הראש, המצח, וכמה טיפות באף. מומלץ גם לאכול אותו לאחר הארוחה. בחלק התחתון של הצד החיצוני יש תרגילי עט.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Medical text in Arabic script. Contains instructions for applying flower oil and water lily (nīlawfar) oil over the head, forehead, and a few drops in the nose. It is also advised to eat it after a meal. On the lower portion of verso there are pen exercises.
