שורה ראשונה של מכתב רשמי. מתחיל, 'הכתב/המסמך הנכבד (al-kitāb al-mukarram) [הגיע] אל עבד מצוינותך....' בצד החיצוני יש מסמך שונה בכתב ערבי, דהוי מאוד.
Princeton Geniza Project description: First line of an official letter. Begins, "The noble letter/document (al-kitāb al-mukarram) [reached] the slave of your excellence...." On verso there is a different Arabic-script document, very faded.
