ככל הנראה עלה מפנקס בית דין, בכתב ידו של אֶפְרַיִם ב. שְׁמַרְיָה (פעיל 1007–1055 לספירה). יש כאן רשומות מרובות, הן בצד הראשון והן בצד השני. נראה שלא צוטט בספרות המחקר. דרוש בדיקה.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Probably a leaf from a court ledger, in the hand of Efrayim b. Shemarya (fl. 1007–1055 CE). There are multiple records here. both on recto and verso. Apparently uncited in the literature. Needs examination.
