פרוטוקול משפטי. מתוארך 15 אייר 1409 (= 19 באפריל 1098 לספירה) בפֻסְטָאט. דָּוִד ב. יָאאִיר מעיד שהיה בבית הכנסת ביום רביעי מסוים, ה-10 בחודש, כאשר כְּרִימָה בת עַמָּאר, הידועה כוֻּהְשָׁה התיכוכית, הגיעה לשם ושאלה את מֹשֶׁה המורה ומַעָלִי הַכֹּהֵן, אחי השמש, מדוע הדיין עֻלָּא ב. יוֹסֵף הַלֵּוִי זימן אותה. נאמר לה שזה משום שהיא חייבת לעֻלָּא 5 קִירָאטִים, אך הזניחה להופיע בבית המשפט כשניסה לגבות ממנה את הכסף בדרך חוקית. כְּרִימָה לכאורה הביעה הפתעה שעֻלָּא עושה מהמולה כה גדולה מסכום כסף קטן יחסית. נכתב וחתם על ידי נִיסִּים ב. נַהְרַי, ועדים יִצְחָק ב. שְׁמוּאֵל ואַבְרָהָם ב. שְׁמַעְיָה.
Princeton Geniza Project description: CUL Add.3420.2 1v – CUL Add.3419 1v: Legal record. Dated 15 Iyyar 1409 (= 19 April 1098 CE) in Fusṭāṭ. David b. Yaʾir testifies that he was in the synagogue on a certain Wednesday, 10th of the month, when Karīma bt. ʿAmmār, known as Wuhsha the broker, went there and asked Moshe the teacher and Maʿālī ha-Kohen, brother of the sexton, why the judge ʿUlla b. Yosef ha-Levi had summoned her. She was told it was because she owed ʿUlla 5 qirāṭs, but had neglected to appear in court when he had tried to legally recover the money from her. Karīma reportedly expressed surprise that ʿUlla was making such a fuss about a relatively small sum of money. Written and signed by Nissim b. Nahray, and witnessed by Yiṣḥaq b. Shemuel and Avraham b. Shemaʿya. (CUDL) Goitein appears to have made his translation of CUL Add.3420.2 before finding the join with CUL Add.3419, which he doesn't translate in that article.
