רקטו: שבר מעצומה או דוח בכתב ערבי. השולח אומר ששלח 'ח'ִדְמַה' קודמת, ואחר כך משבח את הנמען ו/או הח'ליף, נותן תאריך, ואחר כך ממשיך בברכות נוסחאיות. תוכן הבקשה או הדוח אינו נראה שמור. ורסו: שבר ממסמך ממלכתי אחר בכתב ערבי. על פקיד, לא ברור מיד אם זה שבח לו או תלונה נגדו: 'אל-אמיר יתולא פי כל יום... ד'לך ויוּקִּע בהם אל-תרסים(?)... תצל אליה טאקתה והם... בתשעית'(?) מֻקַּדְּמִיהִם(?) סעד אל...'

The sender says that he sent a prior 'khidma,' then praises the addressee and/or the caliph, then gives a date, then continues with formulaic blessings. The substance of the request or report does not seem to be preserved. Verso: Fragment of another state document in Arabic script.
