קטע קטן עם הערות רבות בכתב ערבי הכתובות בכל כיוון. אחת מהן מסומנת בגליף והיא קבלה עבור בו אל-פרג' בן בו אל-עלאא אל-יהודי [...] אל-מוטטבב עבור תשלום לשעבאן לשנת 53[.] להיג'רה. הערה שונה בחלק העליון מציינת את השנה כ-527 להיג'רה. טעון בחינה נוספת.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Small fragment with numerous notes in Arabic script written in every direction. One is headed by the glyph and is a receipt for Bū l-Faraj b. Bū l-ʿAlāʾ al-Yahūdī [...] al-Mutaṭabbib for a payment for Shaʿbān for the year 53[.] AH. A different note at the top states the year as 527 AH. Needs further examination.
