דף 1v: מסמך משפטי בערבית-יהודית. תיארוך: המאה ה-12 או ה-13. עוסק בעסקת מקרקעין בין שני אחים הלויים, "השרים" (שני האחין השרים הלוים), ששמו של אחד מהם [...] ודוד בן ישועה הלוי (המוכרים), לבין שני אחים כהנים בשם צדקה ויעקב בני רצון הכהן (הקונים). מצוין סכום של 26 דרהמי נוקרה. האחים הכהנים רוכשים נכס הסמוך למתחם שלהם במטרה לצרפו לרכושם. המוכרים החזיקו בנכס בשותפות עם מוסלמים (והדא אלמלך נחן פיה שרכה מע גויים). מעורבת בעניין גם חנות בשמים מוזנחת (דֻכָּאן עִטר). מוזכר אבו נצר. יתר הדפים מכילים עלים מתוך חיבורו של דאוד אבן אבי אל-ביאן על פרמקופיאה לבתי חולים: הפתיחה, חלק מתוכן העניינים וחלק מהפרק השני (במהדורת פ. סבאת' 1933, עמ' 17, 23-25).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Fol. 1v: Legal document in Judaeo-Arabic. Dating: 12th or 13th century. Involves a real estate transaction between two Levi brothers 'the princes' (שני האחין השרים הלוים) named [...] and David b. Yeshuʿa ha-Levi (the sellers), and two Kohen brothers named Ṣedaqa and Yaʿaqov b. Raṣon ha-Kohen (the buyers). A sum of 26 nuqra dirhams is named. The Kohen brothers are purchasing property adjacent to their compound to incorporate it into their property. The sellers owned the property jointly with Muslims (והדא אלמלך נחן פיה שרכה מע גויים). There is also a dilapidated drugstore (dukkān ʿiṭr) somehow involved. Mentions Abū Naṣr. The remaining pages consist of leaves from Dāwūd ibn Abī l-Bayān’s treatise on pharmacopoeia for hospitals: opening, partial table of contents and part of chapter 2 (ed. P.
