מכתב בכתב ערבי, אולי רשמי. שמורים תחילתן של 6 שורות. דורש בחינה לתוכן. נעשה בו שימוש חוזר ברקטו לטקסט ספרותי עברי הכולל תלונות על הגורל ('ובגד הזמן בי והשפיל...') וביטוי בארמית המציין את יום ראשון ('יום חד בשבא כנפטרתה...').
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter in Arabic script, maybe official. The beginnings of 6 lines are preserved. Needs examination for content. Reused on recto for Hebrew literary text which includes complaints about fate (ובגד הזמן בי והשפיל . . .) and an Aramaic phrase specifying the day Sunday (יום חד בשבא כנפטרתה . . . )
