פנקס בית דין; שני דפים המכילים שני רישומים משפטיים. מקום: פוסטאט. בכתב ידו של חלפון בן מנשה הלוי ונושא את חתימתו בכמה מן הרישומים. (2) שטר אירוסין. מתוארך: כ"ו בניסן א'תמ"ג למניין השטרות = 13 באפריל 1132. בין מחפוט'/שמריה בן יכין הלוי לבין הנערה היתומה סת אלכל בת אברהם. בשטר מתחייב הבעל לעתיד, בין היתר, שלא לפגוע בה ולא להכותה ושלא לעזוב את פוסטאט (שם התגורר דודה של היתומה מצד אביה). חתומים עליו: נתן בן שלמה הכהן, צדקה בן יפת החזן, וחלפון בן מנשה.

Menashshe ha-Levi and bearing his signature in a couple entries. (2) Engagement contract. Dated: 26 Nisan 1443 Seleucid = 13 April 1132 CE. Between Maḥfūẓ/Shemarya b. Yakhin ha-Levi and the orphan girl Sitt al-Kull bt. Avraham. In which the future husband promises inter alia not to do her any harm or to beat her or to leave Fustat (where the orphan's paternal uncle lived). Signed by Natan b. Shelomo ha-Kohen, Ṣedaqa b.
