ורסו (שימוש משני): טיוטה של ראשית הצהרה משפטית בכתב ידו של נתן בן שלמה הכהן (פעיל עד 1150 לסה"נ). הפנייה היא אל הגאון (מצליח, כיהן בשנים 1127–1139), והכותב מספר שכאשר הוא ואחרים יצאו מבית הכנסת של העיראקים לאחר טקס ברית מילה, בא הנזר (נתן בן שמואל החבר, פעיל בשנים 1128–1164) והודיע להם שהגאון מבקש מהם להישאר כדי להתיר את שבועתו של אבן שמחה. בהמשך מצוינים השמות: "אני עצמי והנזר ואברהם בן נסים".
Princeton Geniza Project description: Verso (secondary use): Draft of the beginning of a legal declaration in the handwriting of Natan b. Shelomo ha-Kohen (active until 1150 CE). Addressing the Gaʾon (Maṣliaḥ, r. 1127–39) and stating that when the writer and others were leaving the Iraqi synagogue after a circumcision, the Nezer (Natan b. Shemuʾel he-Ḥaver, fl. 1128–1164) came and told them that the Gaʾon wished them to stay and release the oath of Ibn Simḥa. It then names "myself and the Nezer and Avraham b. Nissim."
