(המידע מבוסס על CUDL.) ראו גם את כרטיסיות המפתח של גויטיין. צירופי הקטעים נעשו בידי מרדכי עקיבא פרידמן (וכן הקטע הזעיר ביותר — מופיע בתמונה הראשונה והשנייה ב-FGP, בשורה התחתונה, במרחק שתי קופסאות מתווית השמורה הצהובה — זוהה בידי אלן אלבאום).
