צד הפנים (recto): מסמך משפטי המתוארך לשנים 1089–1188 לספירה, ובו מתואר בן שאביו, לפני נסיעתו לתימן, נתן לו במתנת צדקה שני בתים. בהמשך, על ערש דווי, מעביר האב את הרכוש לאשתו (אמו של הבן) ומצהיר כי כל מה שבתוך הבית ומחוצה לו שייך לה או ניתן לה במתנה. כמו כן הוא פוטר אותה מכל השבועות. המידע מבוסס על כרטיסיית האינדקס של גויטיין.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Recto: Legal document dated 1089–1188 CE, describing a son whose father, before traveling to Yemen, had given him, as ṣedaqa, two houses in the neighborhood of al-Baṭṭāṭīn. The father then gives this on his death-bed to his wife (the son's mother) and declares that everything in and outside the house either belongs to or is given to her. He frees her from all oaths.
