העתק של פרוטוקול בית דין מישיבת פומבדיתא בראשות שרירא גאון, מחודש חשוון ד'תתרס"ט לשטרות (אוקטובר 997 לספירה). האירוע עצמו התרחש בבגדאד, וההעתק נעשה בפוסטאט בחתימת שני אנשים מפוסטאט. עניינו של המסמך הוא צוואה וירושה. (על פי גיל, במלכות ישמעאל, כרך ב', מס' 29.)
Princeton Geniza Project description: Copy of a court record from the Pumbedita Yeshiva under Sharira Gaon, October 997 CE (Heshvan 1309 Seleucid).
