רישום בית דין בכתב ידו של הלל בן עלי. משה בן אלחנן משחרר את אשתו מֻדַלַּלָה מן החובה לעזוב בית של אמו (שבו הושיב אותה בטרם יציאתו לחוץ לארץ) במקרה שלא ישוב. שחרור זה אינו תקף אם אכן ישוב. בשורה הראשונה מוזכר גם השם אבו זִכרי. ככל הנראה הפרשה קשורה לנסיעתו לתימן. חתומים על המסמך: אברהם בן ישועה; אברהם בן שמעיה; החבר יחזקאל בן עלי הכהן (שבחתימתו מופיעה הספרה "12" כתוספת עילית, ככל הנראה ציון לכך שהמסמך נכתב בי"ב לחודש, על פי השוואה למסמך אחר); שלמה בן יוסף בן שלמה הכהן; פנחס בן יהבוי הלוי. בתחתית הדף נרשמו אגב אורחא חשבונות אחדים בערבית-יהודית, ובהם מחיר חוטי טווייה שחבה "דודתי מצד אביה" וקרובות משפחה אחרות, ברובן נשים. Princeton Geniza Project description: Court record in the hand of Hillel b. ʿEli. Moshe b. Elḥanan releases his wife Mudallala from the obligation to leave a house of his mother (in which he put her while going abroad) in the case that he does not return. This release is not valid if he should return. Also mentions the name Abū Zikrī in the first line. The case likely relates to his travel to Yemen; see BL OR 5542.4 (PGPID 6208). Witnesses: Avraham b. Yeshuʿa; Avraham b. Shemaʿya; the ḥaver Yeḥezqel b. ʿEli ha-Kohen (whose signature includes the superscript "12" likely indicating that the document was written on the 12th of the month, based on comparison with T-S NS J322); Shelomo b. Yosef b. Shelomo ha-Kohen. Pinḥas b. Yahaboy ha-Levi. At the bottom there are some jotted accounts in Judaeo-Arabic including for the price of yarn owed by 'my paternal aunt' and other mainly female relatives.
