שטר משפטי שנכתב ונחתם בידי חלפון בן מנשה. על קלף. כמעט לא נותר ממנו דבר. ייתכן שניתן לשחזר את שמותיהם של חלק מהחותמים הנוספים. מישהו (גויטיין או פרידמן?) הוסיף בעיפרון על כתב היד את טווח השנים 1105–1132, אך לא ברור על מה הוא יכול להתבסס מעבר לשנות פעילותו של חלפון (1100–1138).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal deed written and signed by Ḥalfon b. Menashshe. On parchment. Almost nothing is left. The name of some of the other signatories may be recovered. Somebody (Goitein or Friedman?) added the year range 1105–32 to the manuscript in pencil; but it is not clear what this could be based on apart from Ḥalfon's years of activity (1100–38).
