מסמך משפטי. נכתב ונחתם בידי נתן בן שלמה הכהן. מתוארך לעשרת הימים האמצעיים של חודש שבט שנת 1441 למניין השטרות, היינו ינואר 1130, תחת סמכותו של מצליח גאון. המסמך מתעד הסדר פשרה בין אִבְּרַאהִים אבן אלבארותי מקַלְיוּב לבין בתו של אחיו המנוח אבו אלפצ'ל, שהיה גם שותפו העסקי. על פי ההסדר, אבראהים שומר לעצמו את דירתו ואת חנותו, אך מותיר לאחייניתו ולאמהּ את הבית הגדול שמעל החנות. הנכסים יחולקו בהתאם לשטר השותפות. Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal document. Written and signed by Natan b. Shelomo ha-Kohen. Dated: Middle third of Shevaṭ 1441 Seleucid = January 1130 CE, under the authority of Maṣliaḥ Gaʾon. Settlement between Ibrāhīm Ibn al-Bārūtī of Qalyūb and the daughter of his late brother Abū l-Faḍl who was also his business partner. Ibrāhīm retains his apartment and his store but leaves to his niece and her mother the large house above the store. The assets will be divided according to the deed of partnership.
