הסכם פשרה בין סת אלבית בת יוסף לבין בעלה צדקה בן הלל, שעזב אותה (מתסחב ענהא) ולא חי עמה במשך 18 שנה. עבור התקופות שבהן לא סיפק לה מזונות הוא חותם על שטר חוב בסך 100 דינרים, ומתחייב לדאוג למזונותיה בעתיד. מתוארך לשנת 1410 למניין השטרות = 1098/99 לסה"נ. לפי גויטיין, מדובר במקרה הנידון בחברה הים-תיכונית כרך ג', פרק ח', סעיף ג', 1, הערה 187. Princeton Geniza Project description: Settlement between Sitt al-Bayt bt. Yosef and her husband Ṣedaqa b. Hillel who had been separated from her for 18 years (mutasaḥḥib ʿanhā). For the periods during which he failed to maintain her he signs a promissory note to the amount of 100 dinars and undertakes to maintain her in the future. Dated: 1410 Seleucid = 1098/99 CE.
