איגרת חוזרת בכתב ידו של מבורך בן נתן, הממוענת לקהילה ששמה אינו נזכר. לאחר ברכות הפתיחה בעברית ובערבית-יהודית ודברי שבח על צדקתם של הנמענים, מופנית אליהם בקשה לתרום לאחזקת בית הכנסת בדמוה. הצד האחורי נוצל מחדש לדיון מדרשי בכתב יד אחר, ובו ציטוטים רבים, ובהם תהלים ק"ו:ב' ו-קמ"ה:ד' ואיוב ה':ט', וכן ציטוטים ממסכת הוריות י"ג ע"ב מן התלמוד הבבלי. Princeton Geniza Project description: Circular letter, written in the hand of Mevorakh b. Natan, addressed to an unnamed community. After the opening salutations in Hebrew and Judaeo-Arabic, and praises for the righteousness of the addressees, they are admonished to contribute toward the upkeep of the synagogue at Dammūh. Reused on verso for a midrashic discussion in a different hand with many citations such as Psalms 106:2 and 145:4 and Job 5:9, and with quotations from BT Horayot 13b.
