קולופון של קודקס, ככל הנראה ספר מקרא. יוסף בן יעקב בן יוסף בן שמריה בן מנחם (שלושת האחרונים שימשו כדיינים) רוכש את הקודקס ב-ט"ז בחשון ד'תתצ"ז לבריאת העולם = 13 באוקטובר 1136, "היום שבו הגיעו שבויי ג'רבה". השוו לקולופון נוסף הקשור לאירוע זה (PGPID 2866). המידע מבוסס בעיקר על כרטיסיית גויטיין. בתחתית הדף, בזווית ביחס לטקסט המרכזי, מופיע כיתוב נוסף שקריאתו קשה.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Colophon of a codex, probably a Bible. Yosef b. Yaʿqov b. Yosef b. Shemarya b. Menahem (the latter three were all judges) buys the codex on 16 Ḥeshvan 4897 AM = 13 October 1136 CE, "the day on which the prisoners of Jerba arrived." Cf. T-S 10J15.26 (PGPID 2866).
