שטר מתנה בכתב יד קליגרפי בעברית, שנכתב בפוסטאט. עלי בן חסן הלוי הצַבָּע מעניק לבנו הצעיר שמואל חמישה ושליש חלקים (מתוך 24 חלקים) בחצר הסמוכה לכנסת הארצישראלים, חלקים שהיו שייכים קודם לכן לשלמה הלוי, אחיו של עלי. הבית מוכר ככל הנראה על שמו של האב, חסן הצַבָּע, והוא ממוקם בשכונת בית הכנסת הגדול. המבנה גובל בבניין נוסף שבבעלות עלי עצמו. בצדו הצפוני גובל הבית בביתו של הנוצרי אבו אל-יֻסר, ומצדו האחר גובל בבית שבבעלותה או הקרוי על שם אישה ושמה [סַמ?]אנה בת שלמה בוּצִירי. Princeton Geniza Project description: Deed of gift. In Hebrew, calligraphic. Location: Fustat. ʿEli b. Ḥasan ha-Levi the dyer gives to his youngest son Shemuel five and a 1/3 shares (i.e, out of 24 shares) of a courtyard near the synagogue of the Palestinians, which previously belonged to 'Eli's brother Shelomo ha-Levi. The house is probably known by the name of the father, Ḥasan the dyer, and it is in the neighborhood of the large synagogue. The building bordered on another owned by 'Eli. On its north side, the building borders the house of the Christian Abū l-Yusr. On another side, a house owned or known after a woman named [Sam?]āna bt. Shelomo Būṣīrī.
