מכתב מאת ברהון לוי בן יצחק העוסק באדם שנפטר, בחוב ובייפוי כוח. הוא מודיע לנמען, ששמו אבד, כי עשה וכאלה (וכאלה) נגד יוסף בן אברהים אל-אסכנדראני, שלו מכר דבר מה, ומצטט מסמך. מוזכרים אבן אל-כֻּחְלי, פֻתוּח בן עזון, והעיר דַמְסיס. המכתב מתוארך לשנת 450 להיג'רה (=1058 לסה"נ). על הצד האחורי שרידי כתובת מען.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter from Barhun Levi b. Ishaq concerning a deceased man, a debt, and power of attorney. He informs the addressee, whose name is lost, that he had made a wakila (וכאלה) against Yusuf b. Ibrahim al-Iskandarani, to whom he had sold something and quotes a document. Ibn al-Kuhli, Futuh b. ‘Azun, and the city of Damsis are mentioned. Dated 450 of the Muslim Era (= 1058 CE). Remains of directions on verso. (Information from Goitein's index cards) EMS
