חשבון של הקודש מסביבות שנת 1234. מדובר בדף כפול מתוך פנקס, ובו ארבעה טורים של רשומות. נכללים בו הן הכנסות משכר דירה והן הוצאות על בנייה. בין הדיירים המופיעים ברשימה ישנם מוסלמים ונוצרים. המסמך אופייני לרישום ראשוני של הכנסות והוצאות לצורך עיון פרטי. פרטים בנוגע להכנסות משכירות של דירות מעורבים יחד עם חשבונות של לבנים וסלים לצורכי בנייה. מוזכר בו מלכודת רוח (באד'נג'). Princeton Geniza Project description: Account of the qodesh ca. 1234. This is a double leaf from a notebook, containing four columns of items. Both revenue from rent and building expenditures are included. There are Muslims and Christians among the tenants listed. The document is typical of a first recording of revenue and expenditures for private reference. Details on revenue from apartments are mixed together with accounts of bricks and baskets for building purposes. Mentions a wind catcher (bādhanj). (Information from Gil, Documents, pp. 435 #131)
