Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter from Miryam to her brother, Moses Maimonides (active in Egypt ca. 1168-1204 CE). Miryam asks her brother to enquire after the whereabouts of her son and to induce him to contact her, last quarter of the 12th century. She also asks Moshe to send along greetings to their brother David, who died in 1177. Miryam dictated this Judaeo-Arabic letter to a scribe, the son of Jacob the cantor, who inserts a few lines of greeting of his own.
