מסמך משפטי שנכתב ונחתם על ידי חלפון בן מנשה (פעיל 1100-1138 לספירה). גם חתום על ידי יצחק בן שמואל הספרדי. תיארוך: 1127-38 לספירה, לאור סמכות מסליח גאון המוזכרת. המקרה כולל אבו אל-פד'איל בן שמואל ו[סעדיה] בן שלמה הכהן.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal document written and signed by Ḥalfon b. Menashshe (fl. 1100-1138 CE). Also signed by Yiṣḥaq b. Shemuel ha-Sefaradi. Dating: 1127–38 CE, in light of the authority of Maṣliaḥ Gaon mentioned, which is dated only from the summer of 1127 onward. The case involves Abū l-Faḍāʾil b. Shemuel and [Saʿadya] b.
