איגרת רשמית בערבית-יהודית, ובה ציווי על אדם להתייצב בפני בית הדין. מוזכר בה הפיום. מתוארכת: אלול 1505 למניין השטרות = 1194 לסה"נ. כתב היד דומה לזה של אברהם בן הרמב"ם, אך התאריך מוקדם מדי עבורו. בצד ורסו מופיע טקסט דומה, אולי טיוטה של אותה איגרת. בתחתית הוורסו ישנן הערות שוליים בכתב ערבי, שקשה לפענחן, אך נראה כי ביטוי אחד חוזר על עצמו פעמיים, והמילה האחרונה היא אלסעיד.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Official letter in Judaeo-Arabic, ordering somebody to appear before the court. Mentions al-Fayyūm. Dated: Elul 1505 Seleucid = 1194 CE. The handwriting resembles that of Avraham Maimonides, but the date is too early for him. On verso there is a similar text, possibly a draft of the same letter. At the bottom of verso there are marginalia in Arabic script, difficult to read, but one phrase appears to be repeated twice, and the last word is al-saʿīd. (Information in part from CUDL)
