שריד של עתירה מאת אישה, בכתב ערבי. היא מתאוננת על עוניה ועל תהפוכות הגורל, אך נראה שיש לה קשרים עם אנשים בעמדות בכירות. הנמען הציע לה בעבר את עזרתו, ככל הנראה במתן צדקה מתוך הכנסות שכירות של חודשיים מן "המטבחים" או בתי הזיקוק לסוכר (מטאבח׳), אולם הוא לא קיים את הבטחתו. היא מבקשת ממנו אישור רשמי (תוקיע) לעתירה ומזכירה משהו שכבר יצא מאוצר המדינה (בית אלמאל; אולי תשלומי צדקה קודמים שלא הגיעו לידיה?).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Fragment of a petition from a woman, in Arabic script. She complains about her poverty and the vicissitudes of fate, but it seems she has some high-placed connections. The addressee had previously offered to help her, apparently by giving her charity out of two months of rental income for the "kitchens" or sugar refineries (maṭābikh), however, he has not fulfilled this promise. She asks for a rescript (tawqīʿ) for the petition and mentions something already having already gone out of the treasury (bayt al-māl; prior charitable payments which she did not receive?).
