מכתב בקשה והפצרה החתום על ידי אלנהרואני החזן. נותרו שרידים של שבע שורות, רובן ברכות לנמען, אך מוזכרים בהן גם "פגעים רעים" וכן הצורך להרעיף רחמים על תלמידי חכמים. הצירוף נעשה על ידי אמיר אשור.
