מכתב בכתב ידו של חלפון בן מנשה הלוי (פעיל בשנים 1100–1138 לספירה). המכתב ממוען לאישיות חשובה, ייתכן שהנגיד, ואולי באופן ספציפי לראש הישיבה מצליח גאון (על בסיס ביטויי שבח ומליצה המופיעים גם במכתבים אחרים הממוענים למצליח). הכותב פונה כדי לבקש סיוע למען אדם בשם אסחאק בן ת'[אבת?] שנעצר.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter in the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe ha-Levi (fl. 1100–1138 CE). Addressed to someone important, possibly the Nagid, and possibly specifically Maṣliaḥ Gaon (based on some flattering phrases that also appear in other letters to Maṣliaḥ). He is writing to seek help on behalf of a man named Isḥāq b. T[hābit?] who has been arrested.
