רשימה גנאלוגית של משפחות פוסטאט, הפותחת במשפחת נאנו. ברשימה מוזכר גם אבו אלמעאלי עובדיה בן עולה, המכונה "נגיד ארץ ישראל ויהודה". עבור דמות זו השתמרה בגניזה גם תעודת מינוי כראש הקהילה היהודית בדמשק, סוריה, ובאל-סלט, שניתנה לו על ידי בנו של צלאח א-דין, אל-מלך אל-אפצ'ל. במסמך הערבי של תעודת המינוי הוא נקרא אבו אלמעאלי עבדאללה בן אבו אלרצ'א בן פרח.

Also mentions Abū l-Maʿālī ʿOvadya b. ʿUlla "the Nagid of the land of Israel and Judah," for whom the Geniza also preserves an investiture of appointment as Jewish communal leader in Damascus, Syria, and al-Salṭ from the son of Saladin, al-Malik al-Afḍal: T-S Ar.38.93 (PGPID 9436).
