פגום מאוד, דהוי ומחוק. נראה כרשימה. בצד ב' אולי מכתב או מסמך אחר. מצב השימור הופך אותו כמעט לבלתי קריא. הכתב נראה כבכתב ידו של יוסף בן שמואל הלוי (1181–1210), אך הדבר אינו ודאי.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Much damaged, faded and rubbed. Seems like a list. On verso might be a letter or other document. The state of preservation males it almost impossible to read. The hand seems to be by Yosef b. Shemuel Halevi (date: 1181-1210), but it is unclear. AA
