שטר משפטי. אבו אלח'יר ח'יאר הבנקאי מקבל עדות בנוגע לאדם בשם אסחאק שנפטר שלושה או ארבעה ימים לאחר שמסר הצהרה לטובתו. על המסמך חתומים אלעזר בן יוסף, ישועה בן יאשיהו נין שמעיה גאון, ונתן בן שמואל החבר — שככל הנראה הוא גם זה שכתב את השטר. תיארוך: 1128–1164 לספירה, על פי שנות פעילותו של נתן בן שמואל החבר. Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal deed. Abū l-Khayr Khiyār the banker receives a testimony concerning a certain Isḥāq who died 3–4 days after he had made a declaration in his favor. Signed by Elʿazar b. Yosef, Yeshuʿa b. Yoshiyyahu nin Shemaʿya Gaon and Natan b. Shemuel he-Ḥaver, who probably wrote the document. Dating: 1128–1164 CE, based on the years when Natan b.
