מסמך משפטי בכתב ערבי. קטוע (חסרים החלק העליון והחלק התחתון). מזכיר אישה ובעלה תמים(?) (שו' 2); יעקוב אבן אל-אסוד אל-יהודי (שו' 3); ייתכן שמדובר בהסכם בין שני יורשים; קבלה תקפה (אל-וֻּצוּל אל-שרעי); ולאחר מכן שחרור הבעל הנזכר. נדרש בדיקה נוספת.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal document in Arabic script. Fragmentary (top part and bottom part are missing). Mentions a woman and her husband Tamīm(?) (l. 2); Yaʿqūb Ibn al-Aswad al-Yahūdī (l. 3); possibly an agreement between two heirs (al-wārithayn al-madhkūrayn. . . al-muṣādaqa al-tāmma al-sharʿiyya wa-aqarrā annahumā ʿālimān bi-dhālika ʿilman sharʿiyyan. . .); a valid receipt (al-wuṣūl al-sharʿī); and then a release of the aforementioned husband. Needs further examination.
