שטר אירוסין פגום מאוד, ככל הנראה בין כלה רבנית לחתן קראי (ראו אשור, אירוסין ושידוכים, עמ' 69). זוהי נישואיה השניים של הכלה והחתן מחויב לספק להם בגדים. מוזכרת דירה בקצר אל-שמע. נכתב על ידי חלפון בן מנשה הלוי (פעיל בשנים 1100–1138 לספה"נ), שחתם יחד עם יצחק בן שמואל הספרדי ונתנאל בן אפרים, ככל הנראה בין השנים 1100–1127, מאחר שנוסח הרשות לגאון מסליח אינו כלול.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Very damaged betrothal deed, probably between Rabbinate bride and Karaite groom (See Ashur, Engagement and Betrothals, p, 69). It is the bride's second marriage and the groom is responsible to provide them with cloths. An apartment in Qasr al-Sham' is mentioned. Written by Halfon b. Menashshe ha-Levi (fl. 1100–1138 CE) who signed together with Ishaq b. Shemuel the Spaniard and Nethanel b. Efrayim, probably between 1100-1127, because the reshut formula for Masliah Gaon is not included. AA
